- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Diallux AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diallux AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

12. Termination
